Thermasleeve  - The Science, the Thermal Scan

Here's a link to the Watlow research we've been able to access, showing how applied science is helping to reduce the energy requirement for just one of the plastics industry applications we've worked on over the years. Up to 50% reduced wattage requirement has been reported for this innovative product compared to the "standard" cable and band heaters previously specified for this application. The Thermasleeve is also much more durable than conventional heaters, and carries a three year warranty, which is a testament to the long life of these units. New technology, improved performance, increased precision to the application of heat in specific areas within the heater geometry, and up to 50% less cost. Sounds good to us!
